Introduced by a delicately styled motive, “Jesus, Savior, Pilot Me” begins and ends this dually arranged composition with a bagpipe. Smoother strains applied in “Stand By Me” convey a more passionate plea to our Maker. Much fuller chords fill the final section, which more noticeably resembles a duet between the inner heart’s desire of these two great hymns.
